  • Jul 03, 2024 Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Princeville, close to the beach and several trails including Queen's Bath, the house is as described in the photos. It easily accommodates 10 people and has a beautiful backyard, barbecue grill, and a garage with lots of equipment such as bikes, beach shades, and beach seats. The house is well air-circulated, and three of the bedrooms have AC units. Hope to be back soon. Pooya Raoufi

  • Jul 02, 2023 The house was perfect for what we were expecting. No ocean views, but the hike down to the baths were less then 30 min. Grocery store and restaurants about a mile away. Hanalei was about 5 min drive and is a amazing town. We went in July and the weather was amazing. Fell like you're in the middle of the jungle and forgot about the stress of life. AC's in the rooms made sleeping comfortable every night. The house does get warm in the afternoon, but it's the time of day when we were out exploring. Robert Kaufmann

Ailana Hale offers the perfect opportunity to experience life in a lovely, quiet Hawaiian neighborhood. Conveniently located in Princeville, it allows for easy access to the quaint town of Hanalei, along with stunning beaches, scenic hikes, and a variety of water sports. This three-bedroom, three-bath home is surrounded by tropical landscaping and decorated in a fun island style. Great for big families!

On the main floor of Ailana Hale, the primary bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bath that has a tile shower and a soaking tub. Also on the main floor, the two guest bedrooms feature a king bed and its shared full bath. Upstairs, a loft with two additional king-size beds also has its own full bath, and its own small office area.

This Princeville home provides easy access to renowned north Kauai beaches such as Hanalei Bay and Lumahai. Just a short walk also takes guests to the Queen's Bath tide pools, Hideaways Beach, and the Princeville Makai Golf Club. Only a mile away, Princeville Center offers a grocery store, restaurants, boutiques, a yoga studio, banks, and a gas station.

This home offers a window AC unit in the Primary and one of the Guest Bedrooms Downstairs. The third bedroom has a portable AC. The rest of the home including the upstairs loft is NOT air conditioned. The window AC and Portable AC in bedrooms will NOT cool the entire home. Stand Fan in each bedroom and living room is available.
Windows and Doors can also be opened to allow the cool trade winds to pass through. Occasionally trade winds may not blow for a few days. The months of June through September tend to have the warmest temperatures.

This property is under new ownership and has been updated and rejuvenated for your relaxation and enjoyment!

Please note, mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for stays of 10+ nights. For stays of over 21 nights, two mid-stay cleanings are required. Any mandatory mid-stay cleaning charges will be included in your reservation quote based on your length of stay. Please contact management for more information if needed.
